Creating can come from setting intention about how you would like to live. If you know what would bring you happiness then you can make different choices about where you place your focus.

I have always enjoyed sewing and mending because I enjoy when I make something with my own hands and I am thrilled that my son decided to do a sewing project this weekend.

It is so wonderful to get to spend quality time with my young teenager. I am especially pleased that I carved out the time to be able to help him. I am rewarded by the confirmation that young teenagers are amazing and interesting and I look forward to many quality afternoons with him.
