Have you been taking any small steps that will help make life a bit easier and a bit more joyful? The neat thing is that small steps towards a fulfilling life pay off before you know it.

Today I didn’t deliberately create my circumstances exactly but I did set up a good day by the effort that I have been putting into my life over the past couple years. Taking small consistent steps has resulted in the feeling of ease in my day and ease is one of the feelings that I have been trying to move towards.
