Alison Morris
Alison tries to trust herself and not get caught up in the fray. She notices so many expectations, especially in the school environment, about how children should learn, how they should spend their time, and what forms of intelligence are acceptable. She finds these expectations can be very limiting. She practises slowing down and allowing life to unfold. When she doesn’t try so hard to make things happen she seems to get there a lot faster and so she takes the time to walk or meditate to allow this to happen.
Alison Morris is the mother of one child and founder of Full Potential Parenting, providing information and inspiration to parents of challenging children through EFT tapping courses, interviews with practitioners of alternative healing modalities, and the annual Healing Our Children World Summit. She is also the author of the book, Stress Relief for Struggling Parents: Using EFT to Help You Become the Parent You Long to Be.
